I submitted a planning application to Colchester City Council seeking permission to change the use of an existing residential annexe to a short-stay holiday let unit.
The property is a suburban dwelling with an attached annexe in Colchester.
The proposal was to allow the annexe to operate primarily as ancillary residential accommodation, with the flexibility to let it for short-stay holiday use.
