Planning Appeal Search
This free search tool provides access to over 188,000 planning appeal decisions issued by the Planning Inspectorate across England, covering the last 10 years of casework data.
Search and filter by local planning authority (LPA), appeal type, decision outcome, development type, procedure (written representations, hearing or inquiry), decision year, and inspector name. Green Belt, AONB and Conservation Area flags allow targeted searches of appeals involving sensitive designations.
Appeals decided within the last five years include links to the full decision on the Appeals Casework Portal (ACP).
