Folkestone and Hythe District Council approved planning permission for the redevelopment of a site in Lympne, Kent to provide three detached five-bedroom homes — replacing a single existing dwelling.
The scheme blends barn-conversion aesthetics with traditional rural architecture. I resolved access, biodiversity net gain and drainage challenges, including proximity to the Stodmarsh SSSI.

I secured planning permission from Folkestone and Hythe District Council for the redevelopment of a site in Lympne, Kent.
The approved scheme replaces an existing single dwelling with three detached five-bedroom family homes, each with private gardens and generous parking.
The design successfully blends contemporary barn-conversion references with the traditional rural architecture of the Kent countryside.
