In 2011, I represented a London-based commercial property company with a substantial multi-let workspace portfolio at the Westminster City Management Plan Options consultation.
Westminster is London's most commercially significant borough, home to some of the capital's most valuable office, retail, and mixed-use property, and its planning policies have a profound effect on the viability and flexibility of commercial development across the area.
